End of week 1
Wow I lost 8 pounds my first week. Boy was it hard. Changed a lot of what I ate and kept to my calories per day. Lots of gym time and walking. I also gained some muscle or maybe I had it and could not see it with my body fat. Either way it feels great. I hope this week is just as great. Until then happy new week.
Remember you cant change yesterday but you can change today.
